Our K-9 is trained to be deployed from or operate on marine vessels and aircraft of all types. We maintain a dedicated low-profile specially equipped K-9 vehicle in our fleet of cars. While on this page please take a tour of some of our surveillance & protective fleet vehicles including K-9 units in the slide shows below. Of course we can't show all of the vehicles we use for surveillace duties, but there are enough pictured below to give you a glimpse into our fleet of vehicles.

Our associate investigators and consultants are former federal agents, police officers (including SWAT/SRT) and former members of the U.S. Military Special Operations community representing a wide range of operational and combat experience. Our associate investigators bring a wealth of real world expertise from a wide range of public service agencies including the United States Secret Service (the White House Presidential Protective Detail P.P.D.), Federal Bureau of Investigation, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs/I.C.E., Federal Bureau of Prisons, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Scotland Yard, Florida Highway Patrol, Washington State Patrol, L.A.P.D. and the N.Y.P.D. Several members are cross trained as tactical/combat medics; we also have a Physician and a Forensic Psychiatrist on staff to provide consultation during investigations, trial preparation and critical incidence response. Our associate investigators and protection personnel have operated in Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East and maintain extensive current law enforcement, military and private sector contacts worldwide.

Max and Christine Caulfield have an extensive and current network of contacts in the International, Federal, State, County and Municipal law enforcement community many of whom go back 20 plus years to the early part of their careers. They maintain these contacts zealously and often provide and receive information that is mutually beneficial to law enforcement and the client’s of Caulfield Investigations. Both Max & Christine have worked extensively with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the United States Secret Service, the United States Attorney's Office, the U.S. Department of Justice Organized Crime Strike Force, the U.S. Department of State-Diplomatic Security Service, the United States Office of the Inspector General-OIG, the King County, Washington Sheriff's Office, the King County, Washington State Prosecutors Office, the Pierce County, Washington Sheriff's Office, the City of Tacoma, Washington Police Department, the Broward County, Florida Sheriff's Office, the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Police Department, the Miami-Dade County, Florida Police Department, the Dade County, Florida Prosecutors Office, the City of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida Police Department, the City of Plantation, Florida Police Department, the Florida Statewide Prosecutors Office, the Laporte County, Indiana Sheriff's Office, the Cook County, Illinois Sheriff's Police, the City of Chicago, Illinois Police Department, the Honolulu, Hawaii Police Department and law enforcement agencies in many other smaller jurisdictions. The Caulfield's have also worked as private investigators for public utility companies, network media & television news organizations, multiple newspapers & magazines, entertainers, recording studios, NFL & MLB players, fortune 500 corporations, most major insurance carriers and many nationwide & large law firms throughout the United States and the Province's of Alberta & British Columbia, Canada.

However, both Max & Christine know that an investigator is really “only as good as their contacts and sources” this elaborate network of contacts took many years to develop and do not end with law enforcement personnel…they begin there and run the gamut from correctional officers, investigative peers, defense contractors, corporate security professionals, attorneys, Judges, prosecutors, victims advocates, doctors, CEO’s, business owners and former clients from all walks of life, They extend to people that are often in a unique position to provide helpful…sometimes critical information like members of the media, hotel staff members from managers, to concierge, to bartender, cocktail waitress, to house keepers and valet parkers, to travel agents, airline and other public transportation personnel to telephone operators and other public utility workers.

And since Max and Christine both know that you don’t always get information about unsavory people or things that fall into that vast “gray area” from “choir boys” their network even extends to shall we say “the other side of the tracks” for lack of a better description. So yes…they know and maintain contacts within the criminal underworld from the mean streets all the way to the penal institutions. Career criminals, gang leaders, organized crime figures, prostitutes, pimps, smugglers, drug traffickers, counterfeiter’s, burglar’s, auto & heavy equipment thieves and various other “stellar citizens” that somehow ended up owing Max or Christine a favor or wants a favor from them. And at the end of the day…our first priority is to help our clients and if that boils down to obtaining one crucial piece of information, then we may have to go to extraordinary lengths to accomplish that task following the evidence or “the story” wherever it leads…period. We always work within the parameters of the law…but if need be we’re not shy about interviewing someone who did not, especially if it can help our client from ending up in the cell next to them!

Please visit our main website and http://www.caulfieldinvestigations.com for more information including letters of reference from clients, law enforcement, peers and colleagues. In most cases we can arrange deployment of a fully equipped team of investigators or protection detail on site anywhere in the United States within 24 hours and in cases near our offices in as little as 4 hours. Many detective agencies operate on "banker's hours" we don't...24/7/365...We never close, we are open 24 hours a day...every day of the year. Your confidential call or e-mail will be answered or returned personally by Max or Christine Caulfield 24 hours a day. We provide results...not excuses.

Caulfield Investigations is and has been a top tier corporate sponsor of “Code Amber” since the inception of this critically important organization devoted to missing and at-risk children http://codeamber.org/friends.html

Both Max & Christine volunteer their time as well as the investigative & protective resources of Caulfield Investigations to charitable organizations such as “Women in Distress” in Broward, County Florida…a full service shelter and safe haven for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence and abuse http://www.womenindistress.org

Caulfield Investigations also provides protective services, investigative resources, threat assessments and emergency temporary relocation to individual victims of abuse, domestic violence and sexual exploitation on a pro bono basis or at discounted rates in some extreme cases when victims cannot afford regular fees or do not have access to funds which may be controlled by an abusive spouse or exploitive employer (this is done on a case by case basis).

Caulfield Investigations has also worked with and been recommended by The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and makes regular donations to organizations that support the surviving family members of law enforcement officers who have made “The Ultimate Sacrifice” having been killed in the line of duty. We ask that you visit their web sites and support those organizations in their vital work as well, since even the smallest donation can make a big difference to a family affected by sudden and overwhelming tragedy. They are C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) http://www.nationalcops.org and NLEOMF (National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund) http://www.nleomf.org

Caulfield Investigations supports the NRA (National Rifle Association) and Max is an NRA certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, therefore we also invite an encourage you to join the NRA to not only continue to protect all of our Constitutional Rights to Keep & Bear Arms but because the NRA also provides a check for $25,000.00 to the spouse & children of NRA law enforcement officer members who have been killed in the line of duty. On many occasions these desperately needed funds are the first to arrive into the hands of the surviving spouse coming even before any other benefits can be delivered…in many cases in as little as 1-2 days after the tragedy has occurred. The NRA maintains a team that is tasked with making this happen as soon as they are notified of a line of duty death and in many cases this can be critical to a surviving family who for whatever reason happened to be caught financially off-guard at the time of the officers death. The NRA also provides special funding to make sure the victim officer’s children can afford to attend college as well as several other very dynamic programs to civilian members of the NRA…So please, click here to JOIN THE NRA TODAY!

Meet an important member of our Protective Team: K-9 "Quimbo" a German import dog, trained in all phases of Police K9 and Close Protection Team Techniques.

In 2007 we lost K-9 "Fax" a German Import GSD to of all things...old age which he met head on with the same great courage and dignity he lived his entire life displaying. This came as no surprise to those team members who knew and worked with him, often trusting their lives to Fax's acute sense of smell, hearing and detection ability to sense and warn of "danger close". Fax lived a very full life as a working K-9 with our team and family member who loved children and playing ball, filled with energy literally working until the day he passed away. Over the years he was involved in countless violent encounters and critical incidents always performing heroically as he was trained to do and always giving 110%...Fax never lost a fight, nor did he ever start a fight...he just finished them. K-9 Fax will always be missed and fondly remembered

Rest in Peace our friend...
